RETURNS - REFUNDS:
In the unlikely event that you may need to return your purchase, in order to deal with your return efficiently, it is important that you read the following policy definitions and our returns procedure carefully.
Please note that pre-authorization (RMA#) is required for all returns and exchanges. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER. |
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the personal nature of our products, we DO NOT accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been opened. Only manufacturer defects or items with damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return.
If we cannot provide you with the same product in exchange for a defective product, we will issue you a Credit. DVDs are returnable only if unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer's defect.
If your item is defective: Please inspect all packages promptly. If you received items that are broken upon delivery or defective, we will gladly send a replacement or exchange, or issue you a refund for the price of the product. You must call or e-mail us within 15 days of receiving the broken/defective product. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
You must request a return for refund within 15 days after the invoice date and the merchandise returned must be in original packaging and free of any and all customer markings, tags or stickers. Items returned without original packaging will only be offered store credit or exchanges. No refund requests will be accepted after 15 days.
Each return must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, please e-mail us at info@zoticatoys.com and include your order number and reason for return. Also, please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund.
Please write the RMA number on your mailing label when you return your merchandise. Example: RMA#1234
One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns. When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Zotica Toys will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase - no exceptions.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please send it to the address listed below. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, e-mail address, and your order number and please make sure you include the RMA# you received from us.
